The Book

It's hard to believe that after waiting so long, its that time again... there is but a month left until the release of my second book 'Sirocco: Fabulous flavours from the East' and I'm delighted to be able to share some sneak peeks with you, at long last. Over the last two years, I've been perfecting a collection of recipes that are bursting with flavour but are simple, vibrant and full of flavour. I'm so proud to be able to share the result with you soon and hope you'll enjoy it. I'll also be embarking on a little UK tour, where I'll be dropping into some great venues across the country to demonstrate some of my favourite recipes from the book.
